Are you experiencing a transition? Are you entering a new phase? Are you just ready for a change? intend | explore | create Join this 6-week workshop where we’ll use creative expression, journaling, a little somatic movement, visualization, and some mindfulness to stir an awakening in us. We’ll delve into our values and determine what’s really important to us in this world, so we can set our intention as a guide to move toward a life of authenticity. We’ll explore who we are and what we want our lives to look like, and then choose what seeds to plant. We’ll support, empower, and connect to each other, leaning into the power of community. You do not need to have any experience with art, writing, or anything else – all are welcome. Yes, everyone.
