Tyrell is pronounced like Carol with a T.
While I’ve lived a full life exploring different fields and ventures, I’m currently in a graduate program at Adams State University for Clinical Counseling. My undergraduate degree is in Art Education. While much of my life has focused on design, art, and creativity; my interests also spread to psychology and self-improvement, somatics, travel, plant medicines, music, cooking, writing, Indigenous wisdom, and nature, and how we can use all of these things to heal and improve our lives. I'm also currently in a Breathwork Training & Practicum. After over thirty years in Colorado, I’ve recently relocated to a small town outside of Cincinnati, OH and loving the spaciousness and energy of my new environment.

During my practicum and internship with
Adams State Counselor's Education Program,
I'll be under the counseling supervision of
Ryan Hall with Revival Therapy in Cincinnati, OH.
