If you find yourself here, you’re probably looking for help of some kind. While life can be beautiful in so many ways, it can also be challenging in just as many ways. Sometimes we need a little help to find our way back to the beautiful part, to be able to see through the difficulty and remember why we’re here. I believe that we have the innate power inside of us to create a good life and I’m here to help you tune in to that ability.
Here are just a few things I can help you with:

Therapy or Coaching?
While there is some overlap between Therapy and Coaching, they ultimately serve different purposes.
Therapy
focuses on feelings.
If you’re seeking therapy, you’re probably experiencing emotions that you’d rather not feel; like anxiety, grief, anger, depression, sadness, frustration, stress, etc. The goal of therapy is to identify the feelings and then help you figure out what to do with them. In therapy, we’ll often look into your past to help understand your present, in order to create a future in which you feel better.
Coaching
focuses on action.
Together, we'll make a plan for you to reach a goal, to shift your mindset, or just figure out how to live a better life. We'll talk about what's important to you in order to gain clarity and help you move toward an authentic way of being in this world. We’ll set a goal, customize a plan, complete homework in between sessions, work toward a specific achievement, and have fun along the way.

I'm a helper, an artist, a lover of nature, a teacher, a mental health enthusiast, and a graduate student in a program seeking a Master's degree in Counseling. While I'm a pre-licensed therapist, I have a wealth of invaluable life experience to inform our experience together.
